The Evermore - Southbank
In a city renowned for its natural beauty and architectural prowess, The Evermore stands tall as a timeless icon of modern living. Design by Hayball, one of Australia’s largest architectural practices, is a striking compliment to an address set in the heart of Melbourne’s coveted arts and cultural precinct.

The 24 level design features two slender towers of glass anchored by a simply articulated podium to introduce a high-end retail component. The lobby is an expression of pure indulgence with double story ceilings, marble and brass to create a sense of warmth and welcome unlike any other. The building’s unique, folded composition and louvered facade adds a dynamic sense of movement to the built landscape, simultaneously opening interiors to breathtaking ocean views across Port Phillip Bay and the majestic Yarra Ranges. Closer to home, the Yarra River, Royal Botanic Gardens, heritage architecture and towering glass edifices complete a stunning vista.
